Learning Modules
Learning Modules are web pages that are useful for explaining or teaching various topics. These learning modules have been developed by John M. Cimbala, Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the Pennsyvania State University. Some of these modules contain on-line quizzes so that students can test for themselves how well they learned the material.

• General Modules for Engineers (Basic useful things like dimensions and units, conversion factors, significant digits, the ideal gas constant, etc.)
• Math Modules for Engineers (Useful review modules about ODE solutions, complex variables, etc.)
• Fluid Mechanics Learning Modules (Some old HTML files that Professor Cimbala created in 1990 and 2000; these have largely been replaced by his Fluid Mechanics book co-authored with Yunus Cengel , but some people may still find these learning modules to be useful)

Tutorials
Tutorials are pdf files that show step-by-step instructions about how to use software packages, equipment, etc.

• ANSYS Workbench Tutorials (Using ANSYS Workbench for all steps - geometry, meshing, CFD solution, and post-processing.)
• CFD Tutorials for Software other than ANSYS (General tutorials that use SolidWorks for geometry, Pointwise for meshing, either STAR-CCM+, FLUENT, or OpenFOAM as the CFD solver, and various post-processing tools.)
• OLD FLUENT and GAMBIT Tutorials (These are legacy tutorials, created before ANSYS bought out FLUENT.)

Summaries
Summaries are pdf files that show useful summary information, typically in tabular form.

• Summary chart - classification of turbulence models
• Summary chart - Qualitative comparison of one-dimensional compressible flows
